Services	Gives a starter fishing rod and replaces lost ones.

The Old Fisher is an early fishing NPC found at The Pond, standing on the small dock. New players visit the Old Fisher to receive a Fishing Rod and begin training Fishing. The Old Fisher will also hand out a replacement rod to players who have lost or no longer carry one.
