NPCs are non-player characters who run shops, offer services, explain systems, craft gear, and guide players through Kintara. This category groups service NPCs, desert artisans, shopkeepers, housing contacts, story characters, coming soon teasers, and area guides.

Shop NPCs Willow, Bartholomew, Pit Boss, Cosmetic Shop NPC Pets, furniture, casino, and rotating shop systems.
Housing NPCs Beauregard, Marguerite Apartment and penthouse guidance in the Residences.
Story NPCs The Constable, Maelor the Scrollbinder Investigation and world-event characters. Guards the Traveling Merchant crime scene. Distributes scrolls.
Mysterious NPCs Sahriel the Bowbinder, Qadim the Relicweaver Visible in The Dunes with active world teasers, but services are not yet functional.
Guide NPCs Old Fisher, Old Miner, Lumberjack, Site Foreman Flavor, area guidance, and starter tool distribution.

Zahir the Dyeweaver Dye Weaver Dunes West Crafts Rainbow Weaves by combining complete color sets of party hats, capes, and cosmetics.
The Alchemist Potion brewer / mount vendor Mainland alchemist shop Brews standard potions and sells a weekly rotating mount.
Willow Pet shop owner Whisperwood Pet Shop Sells rotating companion pets.
Bank Teller Banker Bank Handles item storage.
Quartermaster Armory tutor Mainland Gives a free Starter Sword and explains Wilderness combat.
Slick Vinny Name-change dealer The Pond (back alley) Changes your in-game display name for 50 Gold (once every 7 days).
Sorrel the Stablemaster Mount trainer Mainland Trains mounts to increase speed, 10 Gold per +5% session, up to 55% cap.

Mysterious NPCs (The Dunes)

Two Dunes NPCs are visible in the world, with their work present but not yet functional:

Traveling Merchant Gold vendor (Daily Lottery) Found dead at his cart on the Mainland. Services shut down; only pre-existing lottery winnings are still claimable at his body. Under investigation by The Constable.
