Regular potions and food are useless in The Dunes — heat damage bypasses shields and goes straight to HP. Nadeen's Health Potion+ is essential for any serious Dunes exploration or farming.

Regular Health Potions, Cooked Chicken, and Cooked Fish Meat do nothing in the Dunes. Shield Potions also fail — the heat bypasses shields.

1. **Health Potion+** (Nadeen's craft) — 50 HP per use, stackable, farmable 2. **Cacti** (harvest on-spot) — 20 HP per harvest, free, unlimited supply

Nadeen bridges the gap: her potions let players farm longer without stopping to harvest constantly.
