| Role | Casino floor managers |
| Location | Casino, Mainland |
| Services | Explain casino rules, oversee the floor, and open the Casino VIP panel. |
The Pit Boss is the name shared by two casino floor NPCs found inside the Casino on the Mainland. Neither is assigned to a particular game — each wanders his own corner at the north end of the floor. Both can open the Casino VIP panel, but the rest of their dialogue differs. They explain the games and keep the floor running.
The Casino requires a minimum Total Level of 5 to enter.
Dialogue
North-east Pit Boss
When approached:
"Welcome to the floor. Eyes are on you — the good kind, mostly. Click a roulette wheel or a blackjack table to play. The green glow means the house is ready to take your money. Slots, Crash, Plinko and Keno line the north wall, and the tailor among them sells the house colours."
If the player asks for advice:
"Sure. Rule one: the house always wins. Rule two: remember rule one. But hey, once in a while the dealer busts and somebody walks out with a smile. Might as well be you. Tip your pit boss. And please — no counting out loud."
North-west Pit Boss
When approached:
"We're watching you. Don't touch the chips on the tray — those are decorative. If a dealer hits 21, clap politely. If YOU hit 21, scream. That's the rules."
If the player asks how blackjack works here:
"Straight blackjack, one-on-one with the dealer. No side bets, no insurance, no funny business. Dealer stands on seventeen. Naturals pay three-to-two. Split pairs if you're feeling spicy. Double down if you're feeling reckless. And remember — we'll still be here tomorrow."
"How am I doing?"
Both Pit Bosses also offer "How am I doing?" — asking it opens the Casino VIP ladder panel. This is the only way to view your VIP standing; there is no HUD button for it.
