The Site Foreman is an early building NPC found on the Mainland, near the Bank. New players visit the Site Foreman to receive a Hammer and learn the basics of construction before working on Housing structures. The Site Foreman speaks at length about materials, foundations, and patience before handing over a spare Hammer.
A second Site Foreman once ran the luxury-apartment construction site at The Pond. The finished tower is now The Residences, and he is no longer in the game.
