Property Tiers
| Property | Key required | Tier | Release price | Notes |

| Flat | Bronze Key | Entry-level | 400 Gold | Standard The Pond apartment. Good starter residence. |
| Apartment | Silver Key | Mid-tier | 1,000 Gold | Mid-range The Pond residence with upgraded amenities. |

All properties are located on The Pond and offer apartment-style living with waterside views.
Key Tiers
Each property requires a specific key tier to own and operate:
- Bronze Key — Entry-level, grants access to Flats. ×1 weight for Money Printer earnings.
- Silver Key — Mid-tier, grants access to Apartments. ×2 weight for Money Printer earnings.
- Gold Key — Luxury tier, grants access to Penthouses. ×4 weight for Money Printer earnings.
Higher-tier properties earn significantly more from Money Printers due to their revenue weight multiplier.
Money Printer
Every property owner can buy and activate a Money Printer inside their residence — a machine that earns passive Gold by taking a share of the Casino's losses.
- Bought for 1,000 Gold from a pop-up option while standing inside your property.
- One-time activation, no fuel or upkeep. It accumulates Gold passively (even while offline) and is claimed at will.
- One printer per property.
- Your cut of casino losses scales with your key tier — Gold Key properties earn the highest cut (×4), then Silver Key (×2), then Bronze Key (×1).
See Money Printer for full mechanics and the tier payout table.
