The Site Foreman is an early building NPC found on the Mainland, near the Bank. New players visit the Site Foreman to receive a Hammer and learn the basics of construction before working on Housing structures.
The Site Foreman speaks at length about materials, foundations, and patience before handing over a spare Hammer.
A second Site Foreman patrols the luxury-apartment construction site at The Pond, pitching the upcoming 12-unit building: 5 one-bed flats, 4 two-bed apartments, and 3 penthouses, all "coming soon".
