The Site Foreman is an early building NPC found on the Mainland, near the Bank. New players visit the Site Foreman to receive a Hammer and learn the basics of construction before working on Housing structures. The Site Foreman speaks at length about materials, foundations, and patience before handing over a spare Hammer.

A second Site Foreman patrols the luxury-apartment construction site at The Pond, pitching the upcoming 12-unit building: 5 one-bed flats, 4 two-bed apartments, and 3 penthouses, all "coming soon".

1	Get a Hammer from the Site Foreman.	You can place Housing structures.
2	Gather Wood, Stone and Coal as building materials.	Ready to start construction.
3	Equip the Hammer and open the Build menu: a Firepit (50 Wood, 20 Stone, 20 Coal) lasts 30 seconds and heals anyone standing beside it; a Shack (500 Wood, 200 Stone) can only be built in Whisperwood, one per player.	First structure placed. Apartments are bought, not built.
