Cosmetics can be obtained from several sources: the rotating cosmetic shop, the spinner wheel, boss drops, activities such as Cooking and The Angler's fishing raffle, and special events such as the Wishing Well charity raffle (now ended) and Halloween 2026.

Most cosmetics are only available for a limited time — shop cosmetics come and go with each limited-stock drop or week-long offer, and spinner wheel cosmetics run for a limited period before disappearing. Bosses remain in the game but drop different items over time, meaning older boss drop cosmetics are no longer obtainable once the drop pool changes.
