Pumpkin Head is a cosmetic appearance item for the hat slot — a pumpkin carved, hollowed and lit from somewhere inside. It is one of the Halloween 2026 cosmetics. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
How To Get
The Pumpkin Head is one of the three Gold-tier prizes of the Haunted Chest. Buy the chest from the Chest Vending Machine on the Mainland for 15 Gold — it is free to open. Each open has a 2% chance to land on the Gold tier, which then picks the Pumpkin Head 30% of the time, so every open has a 0.6% chance to award the hat. The Haunted Chest is sold until 2 November 2026 00:00 UTC; chests already bought still open after that. The Pumpkin Head isn't sold in any shop.
