Top Hat is a cosmetic appearance item for the hat slot — a classic tall-crowned, brimmed top hat. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
Not to be confused with the Rainbow Top Hat or the Inferno Top Hat, which are separate items.
How To Get
- Redeem a Medium Scroll at Maelor the Scrollbinder — 1 in 500 independent roll per redemption, on top of the scroll's guaranteed Gold payout
- Buy from other players on the Marketplace
The Top Hat was added to the Medium Scroll reward table in an August 2026 update — the first addition since that table was created. It rolls alongside the Wolf Mask, Frog Mask, Plunger and Flying Carpet Mount, each an independent roll.
