How to get	Medium Scroll redemption (1 in 500)

Plunger is a cosmetic hat obtained by redeeming a completed Medium Scroll. It was added alongside Wolf Mask, Frog Mask, and Flying Carpet when Medium Scrolls began paying cosmetic rewards for the first time, on top of their existing Gold payout. A fifth reward, the Top Hat, was later added to the Medium Scroll reward table.
