Witch Hat is a cosmetic appearance item for the hat slot — a wide brim and a point bent from long wear. It is one of the Halloween 2026 cosmetics. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
How To Get
The Witch Hat is the Purple-tier prize of the Haunted Chest. Buy the chest from the Chest Vending Machine on the Mainland for 15 Gold — it is free to open — and each open has a 30% chance to award the hat. The Haunted Chest is sold until 2 November 2026 00:00 UTC; chests already bought still open after that. The Witch Hat isn't sold in any shop.
