The reward is '''one skill level's worth of XP at your [[Total Level]]''': the XP a single skill needs to go from your Total Level to the next (from 39 to 40 once you're at the top), rounded to the nearest 500 and never less than '''10,000 XP'''. It is '''shared equally across all six skills''', so it moves every skill forward but does not raise your Total Level by a full point on its own (Total Level is the average of your skills). Each offer shows its exact reward before you choose, and the reward is fixed when you pick.

Daily Quests Overview

Daily Quests are three tasks that change every day at UTC midnight. Each one pays bonus skill XP, and finishing all of the day's quests unlocks the free daily Spinner Wheel spin.

The Daily Quests panel also holds a weekly quest and your daily-clear streak, both of which pay XP on top of the dailies.

Important Requirements:
  • Daily quests must also be fully completed to participate in the Daily Wheel Spin.
  • The free Daily Wheel spin also requires Total Level 5 and holding 1,000 $KINS for 24 hours.

Quests & Tasks

Each day the game draws three different tasks from the pool below, with a target picked inside the range shown. Every player gets the same three tasks that day.

Task Target range Reward goes to How to complete
Farm wood 1,000–2,000 Woodcutting Equip an Axe and chop trees in the Wilderness. Bank materials regularly to avoid losing them in PvP zones.
Mine stone 800–1,600 Mining Equip a Pickaxe and mine rocks for Stone.
Mine coal 250–500 Mining Equip a Pickaxe and mine rocks for Coal.
Catch fish 10–20 Fishing Fish at The Pond, Whisperwood or The Shores — see Fishing.
Cook fish 10–20 Cooking Cook any raw fish at a roast pit — only fish that come out cooked count; a burnt fish and chicken do not.
Kill zombies 5–10 Combat Equip a Sword and hunt Wild Zombies in the Wilderness.

From 2 November 2026, three more kill tasks join the daily pool:

Task Target range Reward goes to How to complete
Kill dragons 3–6 Combat Hunt Wild Dragons in the Wilderness.
Kill wolves 5–10 Combat Hunt Wild Wolves in the Expanded Wilderness. Frost Wolves don't count.
Kill chickens 10–20 Combat Hunt Whisperwood Chickens.

The daily lineup is the same for everyone, so it only uses monsters every account can reach — Magma Brutes and Giant Scorpions can turn up in the weekly quest instead.

The game team can also publish its own lineup for a day in place of the drawn one. Those custom lineups can use other task types too: dragon kills, PvP kills, wager wins, dice games, Minigame match wins, paid Spinner Wheel spins and gold earned.

Note: Wood, Stone and Coal you receive as boss loot also count toward gathering quests.

Rewards

Completing daily quests grants rewards designed to boost your account progression:

  • Skill XP: Each quest pays 1,000–2,500 XP (in steps of 500) into the skill it belongs to — wood to Woodcutting, stone and coal to Mining, fish caught to Fishing, fish cooked to Cooking, zombies to Combat. Guild and $KINS-tier XP bonuses apply, and holders of 25,000 $KINS get double daily-quest XP.
  • Paid automatically: the reward is paid as soon as you reach a quest's target — there is nothing to claim (only custom quests with item rewards are claimed by hand).
  • Custom lineups published by the game team can carry other rewards instead, such as items, profile badges or XP added to every skill.
  • System Unlocks: Finishing all of today's quests unlocks the free daily Spinner Wheel spin. (Personal Gold payouts, which also used to require dailies, ended with the Traveling Merchant.)

Weekly quest

Every week you also get one bigger weekly quest, shown under your dailies. The week runs from Monday 00:00 UTC to the end of Sunday (UTC).

Pick your challenge

  • Each week you're offered three tasks: one combat, one gathering and one fishing/cooking. You choose one.
  • You get one pick per week, and it can't be changed once made.
  • Progress counts from the moment you pick, so anything you did earlier in the week doesn't count toward it.
  • Your three offers are your own, and a new set arrives every Monday.
  • Which tasks you're offered depends on what you can reach, so you're never handed a task you can't do. Your tier is fixed the first time you see the week's offers, so levelling up mid-week never swaps them out.

Reward

The reward is one skill level's worth of XP at your Total Level: the XP a single skill needs to go from your Total Level to the next (from 39 to 40 once you're at the top), rounded to the nearest 500 and never less than 10,000 XP. It all goes into the skill the task trains: monster kills into Combat, wood into Woodcutting, stone and coal into Mining, fish into Fishing and cooking into Cooking. Each offer names its skill. (Weeklies finished before 26 October 2026 shared the XP equally across all six skills.) Each offer shows its exact reward before you choose, and the reward is fixed when you pick.

Total Level Weekly reward
15 or lower 10,000 XP
20 15,500 XP
25 38,000 XP

Daily-clear streak

Your streak counts the days in a row (UTC) on which you cleared all three of the day's dailies. The panel shows your current streak, whether today is done yet, and the next milestone.

  • The streak survives until you actually miss a day — not having cleared today yet doesn't break it.
  • Streak milestones pay XP split across all skills, automatically:
Streak Reward
3 days 2,500 XP
7 days 5,000 XP
14 days 10,000 XP
30 days 20,000 XP
Every 30 days after that (60, 90, 120…) 20,000 XP
  • A milestone pays on the day you reach it, or the day after. Streaks that were already running when the feature launched didn't back-pay the milestones they had already passed.
  • A 7-day streak also unlocks the Creature of Habit achievement.
  • This streak is stricter than the Quest Streak in the Collection Log, which counts any day you finished at least one daily.

Weekly and streak rewards

  • Weekly and streak rewards are XP only — no gold or items.
  • That XP levels your skills, but does not count toward the Season Pass or Kintara Club reward tracks.
  • Free-play accounts get the XP too, up to the free-play level ceiling.
