Season 2, The Reaping, is Kintara's second game-wide season. It started on 20 October 2026 and ends at 16:00 UTC on 19 November 2026. It brings a new free Season Pass and a new Kintara Club reward track, with season-exclusive cosmetics in the Reaping colours (night-black, bone and crimson, marked with a crescent moon and crossed scythes), two new Club cosmetics, the Reaper Hood and the Soul Scythe, and a personal finisher's trophy.
The Season Pass
The pass sits in the Season Pass tab of the Rewards window (the gift button on the HUD). It is free and open to every player; there is nothing to buy.
- Progress is XP earned during the season. Everyone started Season 2 from zero: your bar starts the first time your game loads the Season 2 track (as you log in), and every point of skill XP you earn after that moves it.
- All six skills count. XP earned past a skill's level cap still counts toward the pass, so a maxed skill keeps pulling its weight. Smithing XP counts at one fifth of face value.
- The track is a ladder of reward stops: reach a stop's XP and claim it for its items.

Free players
Accounts playing for free can earn and claim the pass up to the third reward stop (25,000 XP). Past that, the bar freezes until the account holds the 1,000 $KINS minimum, then moves again from where it froze. Progress already claimed is never rolled back. If an account holding 1,000 $KINS dips below it, even for a few minutes, its bar pauses where it stands instead of rolling back: XP earned while below the minimum doesn't count, and stops past the free limit wait until the account holds 1,000 $KINS again, when the bar carries on from where it paused. (Free accounts also stop earning XP at Total Level 10 until they hold 1,000 $KINS.)
Kintara Club track
The Kintara Club reward track is a second ladder in the same Rewards window, filled by the same XP. Only active Club members can claim from it. Everyone else sees it as a locked preview, and their XP still counts toward it, so joining the Club later unlocks every stop they've already passed. It ends with the pass at 16:00 UTC on 19 November 2026.
