Daily Quests are admin-published tasks that reset every day at 00:00 UTC. They are the only quest system currently used in Kintara.

Daily quests are not permanent story quests and they are not given by NPCs. The active quest list is controlled by admins and can change each UTC day.

How daily quests work

Rule Details
Reset time Daily quests reset at 00:00 UTC.
Claim limit Each quest can be claimed once per UTC day.
Quest source Daily quest board / system.
Quest lineup Admin-published and can change day to day.
Rewards Admin-chosen XP, item grants, or profile badges.

Trackable activities

Daily quests can track gathering, cooking, combat, PvP, and economy activity.

Activity type Examples
Gathering Wood, Stone, Coal
Fishing and cooking Fish, Cooked Fish Meat
Economy Gold
Creatures Wild Zombie, Wild Dragon
PvP and arena PvP kills, wager wins, arena wins
Other systems Dice rolls and paid spinner activity

Default quest examples

These are fallback examples used by the system. The live daily quest lineup can be changed by admins.
