Orca Mount is a rare sea mount tied to deep-water fishing, with a 1 in 8,000 chance per fishing cast into The Deep — the raft-only water at The Shores. It starts at the standard 25% base speed and can be trained up to 55% via Sorrel the Stablemaster.
