Skull Mask is a cosmetic appearance item for the glasses / face slot — a cracked bone-white skull strapped over your face, a green light burning deep in each eye socket. It is one of the Halloween 2026 cosmetics, and it can't be worn at the same time as glasses or the Zombie Mask. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
How To Get
The Skull Mask is the Purple-tier prize of the Haunted Chest since 00:00 UTC on 26 October 2026, when it replaced the Witch Hat. Buy the chest from the Chest Vending Machine on the Mainland for 15 Gold — it is free to open — and each open has a 30% chance to award the mask. The Haunted Chest is sold until 2 November 2026 00:00 UTC; chests already bought still open after that, and still roll this prize. The Skull Mask isn't sold in any shop.
