Roulette Halo is a cosmetic appearance item for the Hat slot: a little roulette wheel that floats above your head, turning slowly while the ball runs the other way. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
How To Get
The Roulette Halo can only be earned on the Casino VIP ladder's November 2026 board, Neon Nights, at the 5,000-point stop together with 200 Gold. Every bet at a Casino game earns points; reach the stop and claim it in the VIP panel (ask a Pit Boss). The board closes at 00:00 UTC on 1 December 2026, and its rewards never come back. The Roulette Halo isn't sold in any shop.
Or buying it from other players on the Marketplace.
It is one of the four pieces of the Neon Nights Set in the Collection Log.
