Dolphin Mount (shown in-game simply as Dolphin) is a rare mount tied to ocean fishing at The Shores, with a 1 in 10,000 chance per fishing cast. It starts at the standard 25% base speed and can be trained up to 55% via Sorrel the Stablemaster.
How to get
