New player guide

Kintara is a browser-based isometric MMO. You gather resources, level up six skills, trade with other players, and explore connected realms, all with a Solana wallet connected.

When you first log in:

Talk to the Quartermaster on the Mainland to collect your sword
Head north into the Wilderness and gather Wood, Stone, and Coal
Come back and deposit items at the Bank to keep them safe
Bring materials to the Traveling Merchant to trade for Gold
Use Gold to buy cosmetics, potions, and property

Currencies

Gold	Off-chain soft currency	Shops, property, casino
$KINS	On-chain SPL Token (Solana)	Marketplace, Spinner
SOL	Native Solana	Kintara Club membership only

Skills

Skill	What it does	XP per action
Woodcutting	Chop trees for Wood	25 (50 with Lvl 2 Axe)
Mining	Mine stone, coal, metal	25 (50 with Lvl 2 Pickaxe)
Fishing	Catch fish at The Pond	125 per catch
Cooking	Cook fish and chicken	125 per batch
Combat	Fight monsters and players	50–150 per kill
Smithing	Forge Lvl 2 tools at Frostmere	750 per forge

Smithing does not count toward your Total Level.
