The Chest Vending Machine is a shop structure located on the Mainland. Players can purchase Haunted Chests (during Halloween 2026), Demon Chests, Angel Chests, and Galactic Chests here using a combination of Gold and gathered materials. Purchased chests go directly into the player's inventory and must be opened separately by double-clicking. Only the Galactic Chest has an opening fee, 5 Gold; the Haunted, Demon and Angel Chests open for free.

How it works
- Visit the Chest Vending Machine on the Mainland.
- Purchase a chest using the required materials and Gold.
- The chest goes to your inventory.
- Double-click the chest to open it. A Galactic Chest costs 5 Gold to open (the Gold is burned); Haunted, Demon and Angel Chests open for free.
- Receive a random item from the chest's loot pool.
Make room first: Before a chest opens, the game checks that you have room for every prize that chest could give — tools and materials in your inventory or bank, and each cosmetic, pet, mount or furniture prize in its own bag. If something wouldn't fit, the chest stays unopened, nothing is charged, and you're told which bag to clear.

Tips
- The Haunted Chest is sold only until 00:00 UTC on 2 November 2026; Haunted Chests bought before then still open afterwards.
- During Halloween 2026, The Candy Witch stands just south-west of the machine and trades Candy Corn for six Halloween items.
- The Galactic Chest is the most accessible — it only requires balanced gathering from the Wilderness.
- The Demon Chest requires Molten Rock and Brute Horn — Emberstone-exclusive materials. Stock up before visiting.
- The Angel Chest requires Brute Horn — dropped by Magma Brutes in Emberstone.
- Opening costs 5 Gold for a Galactic Chest; Haunted, Demon and Angel Chests open for free.
- The Galactic, Demon and Angel Chests' most common prize is a stack of potions (since 28 October 2026 they no longer give tools or small piles of resources); each chest has its own themed cosmetics and rewards.
- The Rocket Mount (from Galactic), like most mounts, gives a +25% speed boost as standard, and can be trained at the Stablemaster up to +55% (+5% per 10-Gold training session).
