Frost Troll Hood is a cosmetic appearance item for the hat slot — a Frost Troll's shaggy ice-white pelt worn as a hood, with ice-blue eyes over the snout, fangs at the jaw and horns tipped with ice. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
How To Get
Every time the Frost Troll in Frostmere falls, each player paid its Combat XP (everyone who dealt at least 10% of its HP in the last minute of the fight) has their own 1 in 1,000 chance at the Frost Troll Hood. It drops from nothing else. When it drops, the game tells you "The Frost Troll dropped a Frost Troll Hood!" and shows the rare-find reveal with a card you can share.
You must hold at least 1,000 $KINS — free-play accounts never receive the hood. It goes straight into your cosmetics bag; if that bag is full, the hood is lost, and the game tells you so. The Frost Troll Hood isn't sold in any shop.
