Pumpkin Head is a cosmetic appearance item for the hat slot — a pumpkin carved, hollowed and lit from somewhere inside. It is one of the Halloween 2026 cosmetics. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
How To Get
The Pumpkin Head was one of the three Gold-tier prizes of the Haunted Chest from 20 October 2026 until 00:00 UTC on 26 October 2026. Each open had a 2% chance to land on the Gold tier, which then picked the Pumpkin Head 30% of the time, so every open had a 0.6% chance to award the hat. Then the Headless Horseman and the Ghostly Aura took over the Gold tier, and the Pumpkin Head left the chest for good — a Haunted Chest opened since then can't give it, even one bought earlier. The Pumpkin Head isn't sold in any shop.
