The Residences is a luxury apartment complex on The Pond offering high-end player housing. Flats, apartments, and penthouses are all available for purchase, each with their own key tier, price, and amenities. The shared tower holds 10 Flats, 5 Apartments, and 3 Penthouses. Housing NPCs Beauregard and Marguerite assist with tours and purchases — unsold units can be toured via the elevator and claimed on the spot, while sold units change hands through the Marketplace.
This is where players establish permanent residences and can install Money Printers for passive Gold income.

Key Tiers
Each property requires a specific key tier to own and operate:
- Bronze Key — Entry-level, grants access to Flats. ×1 weight for Money Printer earnings.
- Silver Key — Mid-tier, grants access to Apartments. ×2 weight for Money Printer earnings.
- Gold Key — Luxury tier, grants access to Penthouses. ×4 weight for Money Printer earnings.
Higher-tier properties earn significantly more from Money Printers due to their revenue weight multiplier.
The same bronze/silver/gold tiers cover housing across the whole game, not just The Residences: for Money Printer purposes, trailers count as bronze, houses as silver, and mansions as gold.
Money Printer
Every property owner can buy a Money Printer for their residence — a machine that earns passive Gold from the Casino's profit (what players lose to the casino, minus what it pays out). Printers share half of that profit, measured over a rolling seven-day window and paid out a slice every hour, split between every switched-on printer by key tier. When the casino has lost money over the past seven days, printers earn nothing.
- Bought for 1,000 Gold from a pop-up option while standing inside your property.
- Place it in your property and switch it on — no fuel or upkeep. It accumulates Gold passively (even while offline), and whole Gold can be claimed at any time.
- The printer belongs to the property: if you sell the key, the new owner inherits the printer and any unclaimed Gold in it.
- One printer per property.
- Your cut of the casino's profit scales with your key tier — Gold Key properties earn the highest cut (×4), then Silver Key (×2), then Bronze Key (×1).
See Money Printer for full mechanics and the tier payout table.
