Penthouse is a luxury residential property in Kintara, located in The Pond. Penthouses sit at the top of the Pond real-estate ladder, above Apartment (mid-tier) and Flat (entry-level). They are gold-key tier properties, and each penthouse is larger than the last: the main suite of Penthouse 1 is 15×25, Penthouse 2 is 17×27, and Penthouse 3 is 19×29, and every penthouse has three further rooms, one of them a rooftop pool. Each comes with its own key, "Penthouse 1 Key" through "Penthouse 3 Key".

Each penthouse has a fixed purchase price in Gold:

An unsold penthouse can still be bought in-game at its listed price — tour the unit via The Residences elevator and claim it on the spot. Once a penthouse has been sold, it can only change hands through Marketplace listings or player-to-player trading.
