Apartment is a mid-tier apartment-style residence in Kintara, located in The Pond. It sits between the Flat (entry-level) and the Penthouse (luxury) on the Pond real-estate ladder. There are five apartments (Apartment 1–5), located on Floor 3 of The Residences tower, each a 12×12 suite with a second 8×8 room, in the silver-key tier. Each comes with its own key, "Apartment 1 Key" through "Apartment 5 Key".

Purchasing
An unsold Apartment can still be bought in-game for 1,000 Gold — tour the unit via The Residences elevator and claim it on the spot. Once an Apartment has been sold, it can only change hands through Marketplace listings or player-to-player trading.
