The Cosmic Hoodie is the Purple-tier prize of the Galactic Chest. Buy the chest from the Chest Vending Machine on the Mainland and open it for 5 Gold — each open has a 15.92% chance (about 1 in 6) to award the hoodie. At the time of writing, Galactic Chests are also handed out on the Season 1 and Kintara Club reward tracks.
