The Firepit is a small player-built campfire that heals anyone standing beside it. Unlike the Shack, a firepit is deliberately short-lived: it burns for 30 seconds and then goes out on its own.
Building one
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Building skill | Learned once from the Site Foreman on the Mainland. |
| Materials | 20 Stone + 20 Coal + 50 Wood — or one Firepit Kit (see below). |
| Placement | An open outdoor tile. Firepits can be built across the open world, including the Wilderness realms, The Pond and Whisperwood. |
Open the Build menu, choose the Firepit, and click a tile; your character walks over and hammers it up. You can only have one firepit burning at a time — placing a new one removes your previous one.
Healing
Stand on any tile next to the pit (or on it) while it burns and you heal 20 HP every 2 seconds — the same rate as the Mainland fountain. That makes a well-timed firepit a portable recovery point in places with no other healing, such as mid-fight in the Wilderness.
Firepit Kit
Picking your firepit back up before it burns out returns a Firepit (Portable) kit to your inventory. The kit rebuilds a firepit anywhere with no materials needed, and picking that one up returns the kit again — the kit cannot be bought or crafted; recovering a built firepit is the only way to hold one.
