Flat is an entry-level apartment-style residence in Kintara, located in The Pond. It is the most affordable Pond housing tier, below the Apartment (mid-tier) and the Penthouse (luxury). There are ten flats (Flat 1–10), located on Floors 1–2 of The Residences tower, each a 12×8 suite in the bronze-key tier.

Purchasing
An unsold Flat can still be bought in-game for 400 Gold — tour the unit via The Residences elevator and claim it on the spot. Once a Flat has been sold, it can only change hands through Marketplace listings or player-to-player trading.
