Bass Bait is the third tier of Fishing bait, required to catch Bass at The Shores (south of the buoys). It's traded up from Trout, the fish caught with the previous bait tier.
How to get

Note: Raw and cooked Trout both count toward the trade, and raw is spent first so your cooked food survives as long as possible. Bait is only consumed on a successful catch, never on an empty cast.
