Penthouse is a luxury residential property in Kintara, located in The Pond. Penthouses sit at the top of the Pond real-estate ladder, above Apartment (mid-tier) and Flat (entry-level). They are gold-key tier properties, and each penthouse interior is larger than the last: Penthouse 1 is 15×25, Penthouse 2 is 17×27, and Penthouse 3 is 19×29.
