Scorpion Camouflage: While riding the King Scorpia Mount, ordinary scorpions will completely ignore you. Attacking a scorpion breaks this disguise and causes nearby scorpions to hunt you for 30 seconds.

King Scorpia Mount is a rare ground mount in Kintara. It allows players to ride atop the giant desert boss, providing both a unique appearance and passive camouflage against standard scorpions. Standard scorpions do not drop this mount — it is exclusively obtained from the world boss encounter, now located in The Dunes South. Duplicates can be collected freely; owning one no longer blocks further drops.

Update: King Scorpia has relocated from The Dunes West to the new The Dunes South realm. The mount's drop rate has also changed — 1 in 500 down to 1 in 1,000.
Update: The old one-per-player cap on King Scorpia Mount has been removed. Every mount in the game — including this one — can now be collected in multiples, stacked, and traded, or saved up for recipes that need spares.
