Royal Sceptre is a cosmetic appearance item — the king's regalia, carried in your character's hand the way the canes are. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses: pure status, and the rarest thing King Scorpia drops.
How To Get
- Defeat King Scorpia in The Dunes South while finishing among the top 3 damage dealers still alive at the kill — each qualifying player rolls 1 in 10,000
- Buy from other players on the Marketplace
The Sceptre is the rarest entry on his table — rarer than the King Scorpia Mount (1 in 1,500) and each Scorpia Outfit piece (1 in 2,000).
