Apartment is a mid-tier apartment-style residence in Kintara, located in The Pond. It sits between the Flat (entry-level) and the Penthouse (luxury) on the Pond real-estate ladder. There are five apartments (Apartment 1–5), located on Floor 3 of The Residences tower, each a 12×12 suite with a second 8×8 room, in the silver-key tier.
