Werewolf Ears are a cosmetic appearance item for the hat slot — shaggy grey-brown wolf ears on a fur headband, one of them torn and scarred from an old fight. They are one of the Halloween 2026 cosmetics. They change how your character looks and do not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
How To Get
Werewolf Ears are the Pink-tier prize of the Haunted Chest since 00:00 UTC on 26 October 2026, when they replaced the Scarecrow Hat. Buy the chest from the Chest Vending Machine on the Mainland for 15 Gold — it is free to open — and each open has a 13% chance to award the ears. The Haunted Chest is sold until 2 November 2026 00:00 UTC; chests already bought still open after that, and still roll this prize. Werewolf Ears aren't sold in any shop.
Or buying them from other players on the Marketplace.
