Ember Party Hat is a cosmetic appearance item for the hat slot — a party hat folded from the same pattern as the paper ones, in obsidian that has not finished cooling. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
How To Get
Fish the lava pits in Emberstone with a Fire-Resistant Fishing Rod. Every cast has a 1 in 30,000 chance to bring up the Ember Party Hat on top of its Molten Rock. The hat goes straight into your cosmetics bag — if that bag is full, the hat is lost. A rod relic with rare-find improves the odds. The Ember Party Hat isn't sold in any shop.

Emberstone needs Total Level 25 to enter and is closed to free accounts (those holding under 1,000 $KINS).
Note: The Ember Party Hat is not one of the six coloured party hats that Zahir the Dyeweaver's Rainbow Party Hat recipe takes.
