Ocean Aura is a cosmetic appearance item for the Aura — a slow swell of teal, deep blue and aquamarine that rolls around you like a tide coming in. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
How To Get
Ocean Aura is a prize in The Angler's raffle at The Shores: a raffle ticket that misses the Angler Outfit rolls once more, with a 1 in 1,800 chance of the Ocean Aura. Tickets are bought from the Angler with cooked fish, at 500 points a ticket.
Or buying it from other players on the Marketplace.
