Furniture items are housing decorations and interactive objects used inside player-owned spaces.

Most furniture comes from the furniture shop's permanent catalogue or its single featured Limited Rare slot.

The permanent catalogue holds 43 items across six sections: Seating, Beds & Bath, Tables, Dividers, Plants, and Devices. It is sold by Bartholomew at the Furni Shop, and owners can also buy from it with the Catalogue button inside their own room or property.

An owned property holds up to 80 placed pieces per room (a mansion's two floors, and each room of an apartment or penthouse, count separately); a rented Navigator room holds up to 1,000. Placed furniture stays with a property when its key is sold or traded.

Limited furniture

The Furni Shop has a single Limited Rare slot. The featured item and its price change from time to time, with no timer — it stays available until it is replaced. It is only sold at the shop itself, not through the in-room Catalogue. At the time of writing the featured piece is the Dragonfire Lamp at 200 Gold.

Trophy furniture

Some furniture is soulbound — it can be placed like any other piece but can never be sold, traded, or listed on the Marketplace. Only the player who placed a trophy can pick it back up, so take trophies down before selling a property.
