An unsold house can be bought directly in-game at its For Sale sign for 50 Gold. Once a house has been sold, it can only change hands through Marketplace listings or player-to-player trading.
Keys
Each house comes with its own key item — "House 1 Key" through "House 5 Key" — shown with silver key artwork. A house key grants access to that specific house.
