Purple Party Hat is a cosmetic appearance item for the hat slot. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses. The hat used to drop from the Venomweaver in Glade Cave; that drop was removed on 29 September 2026, and the Purple Party Hats out there now are all there will ever be. It can only be bought from other players on the Marketplace — it isn't sold in any shop.

Purple Party Hat is one of the six party hats consumed to craft a Rainbow Party Hat at Zahir the Dyeweaver in The Dunes West — the recipe takes one each of the Blue, Green, Purple, Red, White and Yellow Party Hats.
