Black Party Hat is a cosmetic appearance item for the hat slot — a party hat folded from the same paper as the coloured ones, in black. It is the rarest of the Halloween 2026 cosmetics. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
How To Get
The Black Party Hat was one of the three Gold-tier prizes of the Haunted Chest from 20 October 2026 until 00:00 UTC on 26 October 2026. Each open had a 2% chance to land on the Gold tier, which then picked the Black Party Hat 10% of the time, so every open had a 0.2% chance (1 in 500) to award the hat. Then the Headless Horseman and the Ghostly Aura took over the Gold tier, and the Black Party Hat left the chest for good — a Haunted Chest opened since then can't give it, even one bought earlier. The Black Party Hat isn't sold in any shop.
Or buying it from other players on the Marketplace.
