Red Party Hat is a cosmetic appearance item for the hat slot — a festive red cone party hat worn on top of the head. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
The hat was previously obtainable as a rare roll while lava fishing in Emberstone; that drop was removed in a 2026 update, and it can now only be bought from other players on the Marketplace.
