Solana is the blockchain that is used to power Kintara's economy and access system. Players must connect a Solana wallet to play and interact with on-chain features.
Wallet connection
To play Kintara, players must:
- Connect a Solana wallet at kintara.com or kintara.gg
- Hold a minimum of 1,000 $KINS in their connected wallet to access the game
Without a connected wallet holding the required $KINS balance, players cannot log in or access Kintara servers.
Solana in Kintara
Solana is used across several in-game systems:
| Feature | How Solana is used |
|---|---|
| Kintara Club | Membership is purchased using SOL directly from the server selection lobby. |
| $KINS | A Solana token required to access the game and used for Marketplace transactions. |
| Spinner Wheel | Paid spins cost $5 USD worth of $KINS. The wallet signs an on-chain transaction verified by the server before the wheel turns. |
| Marketplace | Items are listed and traded using $KINS. |
