Cat Ears is a cosmetic appearance item for the hat slot. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.
How To Get
Cat Ears were previously obtainable from the Cosmetic shop, but were retired from sale in an update at the end of August 2026 and can no longer appear in shop drops. Copies already owned by players are unaffected.
The only way to get one now is buying it from other players on the Marketplace.
