Neon Deck Cape is a cosmetic appearance item for the Cape slot: midnight cloth edged in pink and cyan neon, with the four aces dealt down the back, each card glowing pink or cyan. It changes how your character looks and does not grant combat or skilling bonuses.

How To Get
The Neon Deck Cape can only be earned on the Casino VIP ladder's November 2026 board, Neon Nights, at the 3,000-point stop together with 150 Gold. Every bet at a Casino game earns points; reach the stop and claim it in the VIP panel (ask a Pit Boss). The board closes at 00:00 UTC on 1 December 2026, and its rewards never come back. The Neon Deck Cape isn't sold in any shop.

Or buying it from other players on the Marketplace.

It is one of the four pieces of the Neon Nights Set in the Collection Log.
