== The Dunes Healing System ==
In [[The Dunes]], regular healing items do NOT work:

* **Health Potions** — Do nothing
* **Cooked Chicken** — Do nothing
* **Cooked Fish Meat** — Do nothing
* **Shield Potions** — Do nothing (shield bypassed by heat)

Only these two methods heal:

1. **Health Potion+** — 50 HP per use
2. **Cacti** — 20 HP per harvest (requires [[Iron Axe]] + [[Woodcutting]] 20)

Heat damage (1 HP every 10 seconds) goes straight through shields, so armor does not protect you from heat. You must actively heal or wear [[Desert Robe]] top + bottom for complete immunity.
