Cacti nodes are found throughout [[The Dunes]] (West). Gathering requires both an [[Iron Axe]] and [[Woodcutting]] level 20 or higher. Harvest them on the spot to heal through heat damage, or gather a stack to craft potions later.

== Healing in The Dunes ==
In [[The Dunes]], regular healing items do NOT work:

* **Health Potions** — Do nothing
* **Cooked Chicken** — Do nothing
* **Cooked Fish Meat** — Do nothing
* **Shield Potions** — Do nothing (shield bypassed by heat)

Only these two methods heal in the Dunes:

1. **Cacti** — 20 HP per harvest (instant, free, no crafting)
2. **Health Potion+** — 50 HP per use (crafted at Nadeen)

Heat damage (1 HP every 10 seconds) goes straight through shields, so armor does not protect you. You must actively harvest Cacti or use potions.
